Please note: All Mid-Hudson ACCES-VR Orientation Sessions are available via Zoom. Please call the location (listed below) that you reside in to receive a Zoom Orientation invite or to schedule an in-person session.

ACCES-VR accepts applications (with documentation of disability attached) for services online; applications can be accessed and submitted at https://www.acces.nysed.gov/vr/apply-vocational-rehabilitation-services. Please have your email address, date of birth, social security number and phone number available when completing the application.
