BPSS Advisory Council
The Advisory Council was created through New York State Education Law § 5010, for the purpose of advising the Board of Regents and the Commissioner on matters related to postsecondary career schools and English as a Second Language schools licensed and certified under Article 101 of the New York State Education Law.
